Our Mission
Our mission is to create accessible and inclusive spaces of support, understanding, and empowerment for people navigating mental health challenges.
We are beginning with a focus on Borderline Personality Disorder, offering safe, peer-led groups where individuals can share openly, build meaningful connections, and learn tools for wellbeing.
By reducing stigma and centering lived experience, we aim to foster a growing community rooted in acceptance, connection, and hope.

“This group reminded me I’m not alone — we all need connection sometimes. It’s been a safe, empathetic space where I can be honest without judgment.”

“When I signed up to the workshop, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was reluctant, nervous and excited at the same time. Having recently been diagnosed with BPD, I struggled to find any information online and soon after, I felt very isolated and misunderstood.
The facilitators made me felt safe and welcomed from the get-go and found myself excited to attend each session. Each week helped me piece together parts of myself that I didn’t understand. I’ve learned how to sit with my emotions and show myself compassion.
There is something so powerful about being in a room full of people who understand your daily struggles and feel like I’m not defined by my diagnosis. This is one of the best things I have done for myself this year and I wish I can keep coming back!”

“I want to express my gratitude for the 10-week BPD course. It was an incredible experience that truly impacted my daily life in a positive way. I’d like to thank you for putting together such a well-structured program.
It was comforting to be in the presence of others who are like-minded and face similar challenges, and this sense of connection made the course even more valuable. The materials provided were incredibly relevant and practical for daily life, and I feel more equipped to manage my emotions and reactions. Overall, this course has been a great help, and I’m truly thankful for the support and insights I gained.”
